Elaine is the founder member of Elaine Harris Consulting Services trading as People Inc. and a lead change implementation specialist working on joint projects with Emmanuel Consulting Services and ITISA. An Industrial Psychology graduate, Elaine spent time as a Woolworths Line Manager and Internal Organisational Development Specialist for Middleburg Steel & Alloys. She has been involved for the last 12 years providing change and HR consulting experience in the following industries: Oil, Energy, Water, Manufacturing, Financial and Banking, Publications, National and local Government, Transportation and Distribution. She has consulted locally and internationally (Asia, Middle East, Australia and Africa) in the following areas:
