A Masters in Business Administration (MBA) graduate, Shandu George Mamaila has consulted for more than 18 years specializing in organization effectiveness consulting which includes facilitation in the following areas: strategy, translating strategy into action, business planning, alignment of people to strategy through performance engagement sessions and incorporating the balanced scorecard, change, diversity & culture management, leadership development where he uses internationally benchmarked and proven approach. He has also partnered with clients in assisting them with processes relating to people development, coaching of line managers on people management and culture change.

Shandu George has consulted and worked in various industries including rail, water sector, finance, travel, logistics, health, retail, institution of higher learning, manufacturing and state-owned entities. Having worked as a Group HR Executive and presented to various company boards of directors, George understands the importance of organization effectiveness to a company.
