Sive Simelane

Sive Simelane attains a Barchelor of Commerce Degree from Mohammed V University in Morocco. He is an associate Management & Organizational Development Client Partner at Mohale Emmanuel Consulting Services (MECS).

Sive started as an Intern, Aid Coordination and Management Section, Ministry of Economic Planning and Development, Eswatini where his responsibilities included compiling tender dossiers for suppliers; reviewing project progress and audit reports checking for accuracy and any ineligible expenditure. He also maintained and dispatched project files. Sive worked as a Procurement Assistant at the Ministry of Finance. His responsibilities included preparing purchase orders making contact with suppliers in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and evaluation of tenders and making proposals to the Tender Board.

As a Management and Organisational Development Consultant at his previous role, Sive assisted with Organizational Restructuring, the formulation of Marketing Strategies for Thomas International People Assessment products. He was Project Manager in the organizational review, job evaluation and grading and salary review at previous projects. He has led performance appraisals for intern staff; assisted in the implementation of change initiatives. Sive has drawn up business plans for start-up companies. He has drawn up service level agreements for companies.

Sive has over the years developed skills in the review of organizational structures drafting job descriptions, job evaluations and grading, job profiling, skills audits, staff recruitments and placements, performance management policy reviews and development.

Sive has in-depth knowledge of HR principles, organizational development initiatives; change management; project management, knowledge of Eswatini procurement act; market research, data analysis and reporting skills; business planning and management, including business plan preparation and engagement with stakeholders and contract management;

Sive has in the past worked with the following organizations in Eswatini during their reviews: Municipal Council of Manzini, Eswatini Rail Link Project Office, Lubane Savings and Credit Co-op, Hlalawati Savings and Credit Co-op and ESASCCO. He is also an accredited user of Thomas International People Assessment Tools.
